Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Credit card information is required in order to process an online Reservation Request. Payment is not due until checkout and no charge will be made to your account at the time of Confirmation. Should Eagle River Microtel be unable, for any reason, to accommodate your request, no charge will be made to your credit card and a representative will contact you by mail, phone or email.

Cancellations must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to reservation date/check in. Late cancellations will result in a charge to your credit card for the full, regular rate of the reserved room.

Arrival/Departure Deadlines

Please confirm check-in/check-out times when making your reservation.

Room-hold/arrival deadlines are between 4PM and 6PM, unless you are otherwise notified when making your reservation. If you will be arriving later than the room hold time, you may be asked to guarantee your room reservation with a major credit card.

Kids Stay Free

Children 16 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult.
